Once photos are received, we will review and verify condition and information given in the initial call
INSPECTION
Inspections will be scheduled as necessary – we are now moving towards closing!
CLEAR TITLE
Closing attorney will order the title work and clear the file to close.
COMPUTATIONS
• Verify the information online
• Based on the research, provide a FAIR, FACT BASED offer
SIGNING OF CONTRACT
Once contract is signed, client relations will reach out to you to set up a photography appointment within 24 hours
COMMUNICATION
Client relations will determine the fastest and most efficient way to close your property
SET CLOSING DATE
After the review of the property inspection, file will be sent to the closing attorney and a close date set!
CLOSING & PAYOUT
Closing documents are then signed with the attorney, and property proceeds are sent out via your choice of bank wire or check.
